Address Accuracy Matters

We want your orders to reach you without any issues. If you accidentally input the wrong address during checkout, please take responsibility for the error. If the original order is returned to us, we'll gladly ship it to the correct address once the additional shipping fees are covered. However, if the package doesn't make its way back to us, we won't be able to replace the order.

Processing Times

Orders containing 3D-Printed Items

The current processing time for all 3D-Printed orders is 3-10 business days from completion of payment. It is important to understand ‘business days' as we do not ship packages on Weekends or Holidays. We know that you are eager to receive your order and we are eager for you to enjoy the products we make. While we do try to have a stock of some of the 3D-Printed items available, most orders are printed as we receive them. If you place an order that has a mix of Ready to Ship (RTS) items and 3D-Printed items, the processing time for the entire order will be 3-10 business days. We cannot split orders to ship separately. If you would like your RTS items shipped sooner, you will need to place separate orders.

Orders containing Ready to Ship (RTS) Items

If you purchase any of our RTS items and your order DOES NOT include any 3D-Printed or Custom items – your order will be processed in 1-3 business days.

If you purchase any of our RTS items and your order DOES include 3D-Printed or Custom items –

  • Orders with 3D-Printed items will be processed in 3-10 business days.
  • Orders with Custom items will be processed in the time quoted when the order is placed.

If you wish to receive your RTS items sooner, please place a separate order for them.

Custom Orders

We do take Custom Orders for 3D-Printed items, epoxy tumblers, resin pens, and more. The processing and shipping times will be discussed and shared with you before you place your order. Since I create a wide variety of items, it is impossible to give a general timeframe. To place a Custom Order Request, please email us customorders@thestylishdragon.com

Shipping Policies

All orders will ship Monday through Friday. Orders will ship with tracking numbers that will be emailed to you. If you receive your order and it's missing anything please let us know within two (2) business days if something is missing. Please email us your name, order number, and email, and tell us what is missing. USPS may have a delay in delivery so lease be understanding with them and us.

Once we have handed your order over to USPS and it has been scanned into their system, itis no longer under our control.

It is the customer's responsibility to contact USPS for any late or missing orders. Insurance on each package is specifically for USPS to be responsible for missing, late, damaged, or misdelivered parcels. IF your package is late, missing, damaged, or delivered to the wrong address, you must file a claim with USPS.

If you choose a shipping method that does not have insurance, we cannot be held liable for lost or damaged items. USPS Priority Mail automatically comes with $100 worth of insurance. USPS First Class is uninsured and The Stylish Dragon will not be held liable for any damages incurred during shipping.

Shipping Rates

We us USPS to ship the majority of our items. We understand this is the era of ‘Prime Shipping' and we wish we could provide that speedy shipping to our customers. In reality, we are a small business and our focus is providing our customers with the best value we can. ALL orders will be shipped with tracking. 

We offer a few different choices for shipping at checkout.

  • USPS First-Class Mail – 2 to 5 business days – Orders totaling UNDER $50 will be charged a discounted rate of $5.00
  • FREE USPS First-Class Mail – 2 to 5 business days – Orders totaling $50+
  • USPS Priority Mail Upgrade – 1 to 3 business days – Flat rate of $9.00

International Shipping

We are willing to work with our International customers. Please send an email to orders@thestylishdragon.com to request a shipping quote. Include what items you would like to purchase and the full mailing address so that we can provide an accurate quote.
