Order updates and Shipping Notifications
Please ensure your email address is accurate when visiting the website and creating an account to receive order confirmations and shipping notifications. Check your junk or spam folder if you're not receiving order, shipping, or delivery confirmations.
Order Address Error
If an order is placed and the address information is entered incorrectly at checkout by the customer, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for shipping to the correct address once the original order is returned to us. If the package is not returned to us due to an address error, we are unable to replace your order.
Current Processing Times (as of Spring/Summer 2023)
Orders containing 3D-printed items
The current processing time for all 3D Printed orders is 2-10 business days from completion of payment. It is important to understand ‘business days' as we do not ship packages on the weekends or Holidays. We know you are eager to receive your order, and we are also eager for you to enjoy the products we make. While we do try to have a stock of some of the 3D-printed items available, most orders are printed as we receive them. If you place an order that has a mix of Ready to Ship (RTS) items and 3D printed items, the processing time will be 2-10 business days.
Orders containing Ready To Ship (RTS) items
If you purchase any of our RTS items and your order DOES NOT contain any 3D-printed or Custom items – your order will be processed in 1-3 business days.
If you purchase any of our RTS items and your order DOES contain any 3D-printed or Custom items –
orders with 3D-printed items will be processed in 2-10 business days
orders with custom items will be processed in the time quoted when the order is placed
If you wish to receive your RTS items sooner, please place a separate order.
We do take custom orders for 3D printed items, custom epoxy tumblers, custom resin pens, and more! The processing and shipping times will be discussed and shared with you at the time the order is placed. Since I make a wide variety of things, it is impossible to give a general timeframe. All orders will ship Monday through Friday. Orders will ship with tracking numbers that will be emailed to you. If you receive your order and it's missing an item(s) please let us know within two (2) business days if something is missing. Please email us your name, order number, and email, and tell us what is missing. USPS may have a delay in delivery so please be understanding with them and us!
Once we have handed your order over to USPS and it has been scanned into their system, it is no longer under our control.
It is the customer's responsibility to contact USPS for any late or missing orders. Insurance on each package is specifically for USPS to be responsible for missing, late, damaged, or misdelivered parcels. If your package is late, missing, damaged, or delivered to the wrong address, you must file a claim with USPS.
If you choose a shipping method that does not have insurance, we cannot be held liable for lost or damaged items. USPS Priority Mail automatically comes with $100 worth of insurance. USPS First Class is uninsured and The Stylish Dragon will not be held liable for any damages incurred during shipping. You do have the option at checkout to add Route Shipping Protection Insurance to your shipment for a minimal fee.
If you purchased the Route shipping protection at checkout, please go to https://route.com/ to file a claim. We do not handle replacement orders for orders that purchased Route Shipping Insurance. Please refer to their website for instructions.
We use USPS to ship the majority of our items. We understand this is the era of ‘Prime Shipping' and we wish we could provide that speedy shipping to our customers. In reality, we are a small business and our focus is providing our customers with the best value we can. ALL orders will be shipped with USPS Tracking.
We offer a few different choices for shipping at checkout.
- USPS First-Class Mail – 2 to 5 business days – Orders totaling UNDER $35.00 will be charged a discounted rate of $4.00
- FREE USPS First-Class Mail – 2 to 5 business days – Orders totaling $35+
- USPS Priority Mail Upgrade – 1 to 3 business days – Flat rate of $8.50
