Pen Sanding Block
The Pen Sanding Block is perfect for when you need to sand your pens either to prep them or to smooth cured layers. It is palm-sized and easy to grip. Your initial purchase comes with a precut strip of adhesive 220 grit sandpaper that can be cut into 3 strips sized for the block.
How To Use:
Simply fold one edge of sandpaper to slide into the angled slot at the tip of the Pen Sanding Block and wrap around past the rounded edge to tuck into the wedge slot. I like to cut about 1/2 inch off of the end of the sandpaper and stick that to the front angled edge to give a double layer of protection. Tuck the final edge in the wedge slot and slide in the wedge to secure the sandpaper strip.
When it is time to replace the sandpaper, remove the wedge and peel the sandpaper strip away from the Pen Sanding Block. Replace with a new strip of sandpaper. You can cut out new strips to fit the block from sheets or rolls of sandpaper. I personally use the adhesive back rolls in 220 grit like this one HERE.
