Custom Order Terms and Conditions

The Stylish Dragon’s inventory is mostly custom and made-to-order. The processing time depends on the item order and the time and materials required. The current process time is 1 – 3 weeks before shipping upon receipt of full payment of invoice. Processing time varies with the type of item ordered. Custom orders that require additional items to be ordered by The Stylish Dragon may require additional time – confirmation will be provided by email. Process time may fluctuate depending upon design detail, current orders, and time of year. (Need it sooner? A RUSH order option may be available, with a fee.)

Due to the custom nature of these items, once a final design has been agreed upon and paid for, there will be NO changes, refunds, or exchanges. In order to keep within my processing time frame, we may need to order items specific to your order asap.

The Stylish Dragon ships via USPS Priority mail and will send you a tracking number when your DragonTreasure is ready to ship.

We are not responsible for packages that arrive late due to the carrier service OR lost/missing packages due to incorrect shipping addresses. Please verify the correct shipping address prior to ordering. If your order arrives damaged please take photos of the box and damaged goods and send them to so we may begin a claim with the post office.

Cancellation and Return Policy

NO cancellations after 12 hours from the time of purchase. NO Exceptions!

NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, or EXCHANGES will be accepted unless there is an error on OUR part, in which case, we will request the item(s) sent back for inspection and will either fix it or replace it.

Please understand that The Stylish Dragon is not responsible for accidental damage or damage caused by misuse/improper care. Care Instructions are included with every order, please be sure to follow the instructions. If handled and treated with care, your custom item(s) will last a very long time.
